HSP Master Class: 4-Week Coaching Program
The HSP Master Class is a 4-Week Coaching Program. Together, we will create a Personalized Lifestyle Plan for you that helps you:
- Regulate your emotions
- Manage anxiety, overstimulation, and overwhelm
- Improve the relationship dynamics in your life
- Be the high-functioning version of yourself.
Under the guidance of a trained psychologist, you will apply what you learn from video lessons, workbook activities, and live coaching sessions to design your plan (called the HSP Lifestyle Blueprint).
THE COACHING PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Video Lessons (accessible via online course platform)
- (2) Virtual Coaching Sessions via Zoom (90-min per session)
- The HSP Lifestyle Blueprint (workbook mailed directly to you)
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
(1) Each week, log in to the course platform and watch the Video Lessons.
(2) Then, complete the Activities for that week in the HSP Lifestyle Blueprint.
(3) During Weeks 2 and 4, you will have your 90-Min Coaching Sessions with Ryan.
(4) During week 4, you will put your completed Lifestyle Plan to the test by following your plan for 7 days and journaling your progress.
