What are HSPs?

HSPs, or highly sensitive people, are a group of individuals that account for roughly 10-15% of the population.

We have a unique biological trait called

"sensory processing sensitivity" that gives us a heightened sense of emotional awareness and perception.

As a result, we experience our emotions

and the world around us more intensely than

other people.

I think of sensitivity as a superpower

that comes with unique challenges...

While it DOES make us

highly intuitive, perceptive, and insightful,

it also makes us more likely to get overstimulated, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained.

As a result,

maximizing our lives as HSPs requires us to be very intentional about how we structure our

lifestyle, our habits, and our relationships.

OR...

Maybe you DO think you're an HSP,

and now you're searching for

professional guidance to help navigate your unique traits.

To help you
overcome inner challenges you've
dealt with in silence.

If that's your situation, I get it.

My struggles living as an HSP
were the REASON I became a

psychologist.

I didn't just want to "stop struggling."
I wanted to learn how to be the

highest functioning version of myself.

Years later,
I've developed the skillset to

coach others through that journey;
the journey to become high functioning HSPs.

Please note, this isn't about perfection.
It's about
becoming well-equipped
to thrive in the fullness of who you are.

I can help you experience that...
